About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Tax & Integration Manager, the Tax & Integration Manager provides direct leadership to Office Leaders and associates while ensuring the successful execution of day-to-day operations, workflow management, and client service delivery. This role is responsible for leading teams to achieve operational excellence through effective management of work in progress, resource allocation, and process execution.
The Manager serves as a key change leader, supporting the adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager partners closely with office leadership, functional support teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, effective workload balancing, and outstanding client outcomes.
