CRM Director

Sierra Select is seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Director to lead the company’s customer relationship management strategy and initiatives. This role will oversee CRM programs, customer data, engagement strategies, and system optimization to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will combine strong CRM expertise with analytical, strategic, and leadership skills and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sierra Select’s overall CRM strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead CRM initiatives designed to improve customer engagement, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
• Oversee CRM systems, customer databases, workflows, segmentation, and data quality.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to improve the customer journey.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeted engagement strategies.
• Design and optimize customer communication, follow-up, and retention programs.
• Analyze customer data, behavior, trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish CRM reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Improve CRM processes, automation, workflows, and data management practices.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent customer information.
• Lead CRM system enhancements, integrations, and technology improvements.
• Evaluate CRM tools and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor CRM performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Establish CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage CRM-related projects, timelines, resources, and external vendors or technology partners.
• Stay informed about CRM technology, customer engagement trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, marketing technology, customer experience, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience developing and implementing CRM strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn customer data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience in distribution, consumer products, electronics, retail, or related industries is a plus.
