Position Overview
Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to support our portfolio of brands and dealer network through the management and execution of key channel marketing programs and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Channel Marketing, this role leads day-to-day program management and cross-functional projects, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and other teams to support field and dealer needs and using strong analytical skills to guide decisions and improve effectiveness.
Key areas of focus include dealer programs, the Retail Advantage Marketplace, customer loyalty initiatives and other Channel Marketing priorities.
This is a remote position open to candidates located in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones.
Who You Are
You are an organized, results-driven program manager who balances strategic priorities with strong execution and follows through on commitments. You use data and program insights to evaluate effectiveness and make sound decisions, and you leverage AI and emerging technology to work smarter while maintaining accuracy. You communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance and vendors, build strong working relationships across the organization, and are comfortable managing budgets, program costs and performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Channel Marketing Program & Project Management
- Manage the development, execution and ongoing optimization of Channel Marketing programs and strategic initiatives across Jacuzzi Group brands
- Lead projects from planning through execution, establishing clear scope, timelines, ownership, deliverables and supporting resources
- Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure initiatives remain on schedule
- Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, proactively addressing dependencies, risks and opportunities while gathering feedback to continuously improve effectiveness
- Program Analytics & KPI Management
- Use program data and analytics to evaluate Channel Marketing initiatives and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Maintain key program KPIs, dashboards and trackers to provide visibility into participation, adoption and overall program performance
- Translate program insights into actionable recommendations that support program decisions, optimization and field engagement
- Support business reviews and planning through relevant program analysis, performance insights and data-driven recommendations
- Field Sales & Dealer Program Support
- Serve as a key Channel Marketing liaison to the field sales organization for program implementation, resources and ongoing support
- Partner with Sales to understand dealer and market needs and ensure Channel Marketing programs and tools effectively support the field
- Develop clear program communications, presentations, training materials and sales enablement resources
- Gather field and dealer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address needs and strengthen program effectiveness
- Retail Advantage Marketplace & Financial Support
- Support ongoing management and administration of the Jacuzzi Group Retail Advantage Marketplace and associated dealer marketing programs
- Coordinate Marketplace initiatives, vendor relationships, program updates and supporting resources to ensure effective execution
- Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation, working with vendors, Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain budget and invoice trackers and support accruals, forecasting, invoice processing and other Channel Marketing financial administration
- Customer Loyalty & Channel Initiatives
- Support development, execution and ongoing management of customer and dealer loyalty initiatives across Jacuzzi Group brands
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support program implementation, communications, engagement and field adoption
- Use program insights and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen participation and overall program value
- Support additional Channel Marketing initiatives, dealer communications, sales enablement tools and special projects as business needs evolve
Requirements
What You Bring
- Required
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, marketing, program management or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to use program data and KPIs to develop insights and support business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing programs from planning and development through launch and ongoing optimization
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables
- Business and financial acumen, including comfort managing budgets, invoices, program costs and performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- Preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting a dealer, distributor, franchise or other indirect sales channel
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, business intelligence/reporting tools or marketing platforms
- Experience managing dealer or loyalty programs
- Experience using AI and emerging technology to enhance analysis, content development and process efficiency
What We Offer
Jacuzzi Group offers a competitive total compensation package. This position includes a base salary of $115,000+ commensurate with experience, as well as eligibility for a performance-based bonus program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation tied to individual and company results.
