From Power Factors's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Power Factors is a software and solutions provider leading the next generation of clean energy with Unity, one of the most extensive and widely deployed renewable energy management suites (REMS) in the market. With over 300 GW of wind, solar, and energy storage assets managed worldwide across more than 600 customers and 18,000 sites, Power Factors manages 25% of the world’s renewable energy data.*
Power Factors’ Unity REMS supports the entire energy value chain, from monitoring and controls to market analytics. The company’s suite of open, data-driven applications empowers renewable energy stakeholders to collaborate, automate critical workflows, and make more informed decisions to maximize asset returns. Energy stakeholders receive end-to-end support, including solutions for SCADA & PPC, centralized monitoring, performance management, commercial asset management, and field service management.
With deep domain expertise, AI-powered insights are delivered at scale so businesses can optimize assets, unlock growth, and make smarter decisions as the world rapidly transitions to clean energy. Power Factors fights climate change with code.
We are seeking a Senior Trainer to join our Learning Services team. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our global customers on our renewable energy software platforms, with a primary focus on our asset performance management and Scada platforms.
As a key member of our customer enablement function, you will help ensure customers are equipped to successfully adopt and use our products. You will deliver training through a variety of formats, including virtual classrooms, on-site sessions, webinars, and self-paced digital learning content.
This is a customer-facing technical role that requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of renewable energy operations, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
· A humble cause with a clear purpose– you will help us fight climate change with every day at work. We aim to be environmentally conscious in all aspects of our operations.
· Work with passionate experts and top-talents in your field– we are proud of our highly skilled crowd and the savviness each of us brings to the team.
· Friendly and uplifting atmosphere– we believe kindness and respectfulness is core for our culture. A friendly smile or a helping hand is never far away.
· All the benefits you expect (and more)– besides the basic benefits (adopted to local needs and norms), you will enjoy perks such as 8h of paid volunteering per year and participation in our Corporate Bonus Program (to name a few).
