We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program- Wealth. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.
Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, expand your professional network, and explore rewarding career paths with one of the region’s leading financial institutions.
Private Banking - With a deep understanding of the complexities of wealth management, Private Banking provides comprehensive, tailored financial solutions designed to optimize and preserve client's wealth. This area offers a wide range of services including financial planning and advice, investment management, trust, estate and retirement planning, tax planning, banking services, and institutional trust services to individuals, families, business owners, law firms, and corporations.
This internship provides exposure to Private Banking operations by supporting Portfolio Administrators with client account servicing activities, including account setup, money movement, and account maintenance. Interns assist with market research, marketing initiatives, and the creation of reports and projects for senior management while gaining knowledge of Private Bank products, services, and lending solutions.
Work alongside professionals across multiple business lines and gain exposure to real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making.
Follow a comprehensive learning program that includes personal and professional development activities and resources.
Opportunity to support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned business area to Senior Leaders.
Build meaningful connections through dedicated mentorship and collaboration with peers and experienced professionals.
Engage with leaders across the organization through networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations.
Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social exclusive events designed to foster connection and professional growth.
High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program.
Compensation
$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards. WSFS provides a competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan; life, accident, and disability insurance; flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs); and wellness programs.
