A postdoctoral fellow research position is available, focused on pediatric intestinal failure, short bowel syndrome, parenteral nutrition associated injury, bile acid signaling, microbiome related mechanisms, epithelial biology, liver injury and other systemic processes and diseases.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team studying how intestinal nutrient exposure, microbial metabolites, epithelial signaling, and gut and liver communication regulate intestinal adaptation, barrier function, inflammation, liver disease and other systemic processes and diseases.
