LAYIQ - Manager Revenue Growth Management at Tyson Foods

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree with a preference towards business, finance, and accounting.
Experience: 4+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, finance, similar job functions, or other applicable experience. Trade and/or pricing experience preferred, with extra consideration for Foodservice-specific experience
Computer Skills: Excellent analytical skills with sound expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Strong systems and spreadsheet skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Blacksmith (or other Trade Performance Management applications)
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Ability to translate business issues into actionable tactics that drive positive results. An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own their business segment – driving volume growth, pricing, and margin improvements. The ability to work cross-functionally and to manage a large number of complex projects simultaneously with a proven track record of customer focus (both internal and external).
Supervisory: N/A All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI. People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.
