Job Summary:
The Provider Compensation Analyst provides compensation consulting services to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other internal stakeholders on provider compensation topics. This position supports the design of specialty compensation models, provider productivity analysis and forecasting, data analysis, provider contract administration, and survey benchmarking.
