About our Team

The Database Administration team provides enterprise-wide support for mission-critical database platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability. The team manages MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and cloud database technologies across hybrid environments while driving automation, observability, disaster recovery readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams, DBAs play a key role in delivering resilient and scalable data services that power business-critical applications.

About the Role

We are seeking candidates with deep production support experience in MySQL replication, database reliability engineering, and cloud-based database platforms. Experience with Azure, AWS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB is highly desirable. The ideal candidate combines traditional database administration expertise with modern DevOps, SRE, automation, and cloud engineering capabilities and is passionate about building highly reliable, scalable, secure, and automated database platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize MySQL databases in large-scale production environments.
• Design and support highly available, disaster recovery, and multi-region database architectures.
• Perform database upgrades, patching, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and scripting tools.
• Support cloud-hosted databases in Azure and AWS environments.
• Implement monitoring, observability, incident response, and root cause analysis processes.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve database reliability, CI/CD, and cloud modernization initiatives.
