General Function :
The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing retail media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring their successful setup, activation, and performance. This role requires close collaboration with the retail media team to align campaigns with brand goals and objectives, ongoing monitoring and optimization to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and the management of multiple brands.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Execute and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate setup and timely activation.
Collaborate with retail media team to understand brand goals and ensure all campaign elements are aligned with those objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
Manage a set of brands, ensuring their campaigns are executed effectively and provide regular updates to the team.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during campaign activation or execution.
Compile and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on changes and updates to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, etc.) and leverage new features or best practices to improve campaign performance.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
3-5 years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or media buying
Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than
10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to meet with customers.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
