As a Sales Enablement Lead on the Sales Operations team in our New York Office, you’ll play a vital role in driving the productivity and performance of our sales organization.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership, translating global strategy into high-impact, practical field execution. You will consult directly with sales teams to diagnose performance gaps, build essential enablement assets, and empower frontline managers to coach their teams to success.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in ad-tech enterprise sales, sales leadership, or sales enablement.
In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic landscape.
Hands-on experience with core sales technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM, conversation intelligence tools, and agentic AI platforms.
Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, deal qualification frameworks, and sales methodologies.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end enablement programs, creating structured project plans, and delivering assets that measurably improve seller performance.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in formal change management or sales effectiveness roles within a fast-growing technology organization.
Direct experience developing sales manager coaching programs or certification frameworks.
How you’ll make an impact:
Consult to Identify Performance Gaps:
Partner closely with Revenue Operations to analyze sales metrics and validate skill or execution gaps with frontline sales leaders, delivering structured Enablement Proposals that define key business problems, recommended solutions, and clear success criteria.
Design & Build for Productivity:
Translate approved proposals into actionable project plans, creating practical, high-impact seller resources including role-specific one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and customer conversation talk tracks.
Execute Flawlessly on Enablement Programs:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of regional enablement programs and onboarding support, driving on-time execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable gains on target sales KPIs.
Enable Sales Leadership Coaching:
Collaborate directly with first-line sales managers, equipping them with coaching frameworks, deal review rubrics, and facilitation tools to reinforce critical sales behaviors across their teams.
Provide Critical Field Insights:
Maintain an active feedback loop between frontline sellers, sales leaders, and central operations, synthesizing field observations into regular reports that help shape global strategy.
Champion Enablement Innovation:
Stay at the forefront of modern sales enablement practices, piloting AI-driven sales tools and modern methodologies to foster continuous learning and sales execution rigor.

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Salary Pay Range
$123,000 — $135,000 USD
Base Salary + OTE Pay Range
$137,000 — $150,000 USD
