 About the Role:
Responsible for leading and energizing a high-performing, patient-centric field sales organization to deliver sustainable business growth across specialty therapeutic areas and customer segments. Inspires a culture of purpose, accountability, and resilience while driving commercial excellence in complex and evolving markets. Leads through influence and collaboration to align teams, strategies, and stakeholders in support of organizational objectives, customer needs, and improved patient outcomes.
Champions excellence in execution while shaping the future of the field organization and developing the capabilities needed to support current and future commercial opportunities. _
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing, patient-centric field sales organization to achieve near-term and long-term business objectives
Create and execute business plans for designated products, portfolios, and markets that align with overarching commercial strategy, growth objectives, and financial targets
Provide strategic leadership and direction to front-line field sales leaders, ensuring accountability for performance, coaching, talent development, compliance, and execution excellence
Drive a customer-centric field strategy that elevates the voice of healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other key stakeholders across critical touchpoints and informs execution across the commercial organization
Serve as a strong cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Analytics, Training, Compliance, and other key functions to align priorities and maximize business performance
Own national and/or regional business performance, including sales execution, resource deployment, expense management, and stewardship of budgets and commercial investments
Identify opportunities to enhance field effectiveness, optimize resource allocation, and improve execution across diverse sites of care, customer segments, and specialty distribution channels
In partnership with Commercial leadership, develop, communicate, and implement national sales objectives, incentive compensation programs, business strategies, and tactical plans that support a high-performing sales culture and consistent execution
Build trusted relationships across the enterprise to ensure cross-functional alignment, effective communication, and successful implementation of key strategies and initiatives
Exercise sound judgment, ensure integrity, and uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards in all field activities and customer interactions
Contribute to strategic planning and provide recommendations related to field force effectiveness, targeting, incentive compensation, forecasting, resource deployment, and tactical execution
This position requires frequent driving; therefore, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required as part of the job responsibilities
Acts as a trusted advisor across the organization and is recognized for sound judgment, strong leadership, and enterprise influence
Provides strategic direction and recommendations on issues impacting commercial execution, customer engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance
Possesses deep knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical commercialization, including field execution, customer engagement, market access dynamics, specialty distribution channels, and cross-functional collaboration

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $255,000.00-$348,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results.
This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
