As the Senior Manager, Digital Securities & Market Structure Policy, you'll be a critical stakeholder in lead Coinbase's engagement with the SEC on digital asset market structure, trading, and issuance rulemaking. You'll be deeply engaged in the sit directly inside the rulemaking process, bringing deep corporate finance, trading, and issuance expertise to bear on active rule proposals, comment letter strategy, and requests for no-action or exemptive relief. This role shapes how Coinbase navigates the evolving U.S.
