Define and track performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness, inform business decisions, and drive continuous process improvement across procurement operations.
A day in the life
Your morning may start with a strategy review alongside your regional procurement leads, aligning on category priorities for an upcoming data center launch. You then shift to a supplier executive meeting to negotiate terms on a critical services contract. After lunch, you connect with internal automation teams to review progress on a process optimization initiative before checking performance dashboards with your team. You close out by coaching one of your managers on a complex stakeholder engagement, helping them navigate competing priorities across regions.
