Amazon's middle mile network moves at massive scale, and the technology on every tractor and trailer keeps it running. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the reliability and performance of critical fleet technology platforms deployed across our middle mile transportation network, keeping our fleet connected and packages moving.
In this role you will manage complex repair programs, vendor performance, and cross-functional partnerships with product engineering teams, OEM partners, and service providers to maximize device uptime and operational readiness across our tractor, trailer, and intermodal fleet.
You will work backward from network needs to diagnose root causes of device failures, implement systematic repair strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen fleet technology reliability. You will own vendor relationships, establish performance accountability mechanisms, and coordinate device strategy across transportation networks, aligning shared vendor relationships and measurement standards to unlock scale and consistency.
