Amazon Robotics is building a brand-new robotics manipulation platform, and we need a versatile software engineer to help bring it to life. In this role, you will own critical software components spanning robotics middleware, health monitoring, and fleet management — systems that must work reliably for a single robot and scale to fleets of thousands.
You will work across a broad technology stack, from real-time C++ on the robot to full-stack web applications on AWS, while applying generative AI to automate and streamline operational workflows.
This is a greenfield opportunity where your architectural decisions will shape how Amazon's next generation of robotic systems operate. You will lead multi-engineer projects, influence technical direction across peer teams, and mentor junior engineers — all while writing exemplary code that sets the standard for your team.
