The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) supports safe, reliable operation of the electrical, control, and instrumentation systems at Lithium One in Joaquin, TX. In this role, you will install, test, and maintain motors, switchgear, breakers, and motor control centers, then troubleshoot PLCs, relay systems, and instrumentation when something goes wrong.
You will play a critical role in keeping production steady and downtime low, and you will have a real hand in building our maintenance program from the ground up, including finding ways to simplify or automate repetitive maintenance tasks. As a startup, the first 6-8 months will include work beyond your electrical specialty, such as mechanical troubleshooting, so the ideal fit is someone who loves variety and wants to build something.
