We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sr. system engineer to design, implement, and integrate advanced cellular communication systems for our next-generation base-station products. Leading system activities from feature design and development to integration.
Job Responsibilities:: Defining and writing system-level requirements and high-level designs.
Continuously optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of the products.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Focal point for all system, PHY and RF-related aspects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HW, SW, FPGA and other subsystems.
