Role Overview:: We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of GCP infrastructure supporting production services. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, properly configured, and recoverable.
Key Responsibilities:: • Monitor and support GCP production infrastructure, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, load balancers, and related services.
- Perform daily health checks across cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate infrastructure-related incidents and service degradation.
