LAYIQ - Exercise Specialist Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab at Corewell Health

Required Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health Science or related field
Preferred Master's Degree Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health Science or related field
Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through less than 2 years of relevant experience in the following areas: conducting graded exercise testing, knowledge of cardiovascular physiology, risk factor identification/modification; basic electrocardiogram (EKG) knowledge or completion of an internship in Cardiac Rehab. Required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Congenital Heart Center, and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Congenital Heart Center and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic 90 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association WITHIN 90 DAYS Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging and Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic; WITHIN 1 Year Congenital Heart Center 90 Days required
CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association Congenital Heart Center 1 Year required
CRT-Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified (CEP) - ACSM American College of Sports Medicine Preventive Cardiology and Rehab, Cardiovascular Imaging, Implantable Cardiac Device Clinic and Congenital Heart Center 180 Days required
Ideal candidate will have completed a Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab Internship, or will possess Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab experience
This is a Part-Time Position offering Full Benefits and the ability to pick up hours/shifts or combine with another PRN or Part-Time Position
