From Everyday Dose Inc.'s posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We're a fast-growing, nine-figure omni-channel brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.
We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist, Brand Operations to own the operational details that keep our products, packaging, and retail launches moving smoothly.
This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, and Project Management. You’ll own the item data, GTINs, retailer setup, packaging changes, spec sheets, and documentation that turn a new product or pack change into something that’s actually ready to sell.
You’ll work closely with Sales and eCommerce to support retailer item setup across major accounts, while partnering with Creative, Supply Chain, and our Senior Project Manager to make sure packaging and product information is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.
This is a detail-heavy role for someone who enjoys keeping complex information organized, catching issues before they become problems, and making sure the operational side of the brand stays buttoned up as we scale.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the U.S. You’ll work closely with teams and partners operating primarily in Pacific and Central time zones.
You’ll take primary ownership of several core areas of our brand operations:
Item Data & GTINs: Own GS1 UPC/GTIN creation across unit, inner, and case configurations, along with SKU master data and product specification sheets.
Retailer Item Setup: Manage new-item forms and retailer data portals in partnership with Sales and eCommerce across accounts including Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Amazon.
Launch Execution: Manage GTINs, item setup, label copy, and artwork routing for innovation launches in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.
Retail Support: Maintain the spec sheets, samples, forms, and product information Sales and broker partners need to support our retail business.
Brand Operations: Maintain artwork, dieline, and claims libraries, version control, and our pack-change tracker in Asana.
Within your first two quarters, you’ve taken ownership of our item data, GTINs, retailer setup, and brand operations workflows. Product and retailer information is accurate and organized, packaging changes are clearly tracked, and Sales and broker partners have the materials they need without chasing them down.
You’re successfully supporting new product and retail launches alongside the Senior Project Manager, with GTINs, item setup, label copy, artwork routing, and retailer requirements completed on time. Our artwork, dieline, claims, and product information libraries are organized and version-controlled, and the team has clear visibility into active pack changes through Asana.
Compensation
The typical salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000
The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes benefits.
