Description
The Senior Financial Recovery Rep III develops resolution strategy on classified (special asset) loans to minimize losses on current Middle Market Large Corp/Mid Corp/ Sponsor Finance portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing financial plans, negotiating loan collection, or restructuring, and recommending/overseeing litigation, liquidation or charge off-of loan. Works with moderately large and complex loans. May coach less experienced employees.

Analyzes financial plans, negotiates loan collection or restructuring, and recommends/oversees litigation, liquidation or charge-off of loan.
Works with business line loan officers to manage non-pass rated borrowing relationship.
Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Accountable for risk management, compliance, and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager, or individual contributor.
Establishes or works with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.
If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources, and motivated to adhere to risk management principles.
Maintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Performs other duties as assigned,
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
7+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, lending or credit required
Compensation
$93,000-$189,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
