NYC Alliance seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized EDI & Customer Service professional to support order management and day-to-day operational needs, with a primary focus on Walmart and additional Mass and Private Label accounts. This role will manage EDI orders, coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Account teams, and ensure orders, inventory, production timelines, and customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
