Manage warranty part return process from Customer warranty center and present warranty teardown analysis on a weekly basis to customer
Lead Root cause investigation of warranty found through part returns and that cross-functional actions are quickly taken to eliminate the cause.
Collaborate with Hitachi manufacturing and accounting dept to evaluate and reduce warranty debits by OEM
