LAYIQ - Procurement Manager, Systems and Interiors at BETA Technologies

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain, or the equivalent in work experience.
10+ years of procurement experience.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and procurement categories.
Experience in category management of aerospace system & interior categories
Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
Above and Beyond Qualifications: Experience in aerospace, aviation, advanced manufacturing, automotive, space, or defense.
Experience with aircraft systems, interiors, electrical systems, power electronics, interconnects, batteries, avionics, or complex assemblies.
Experience supporting products through development, certification, production, and ramp.
Experience with supplier capacity, risk management, and supplier development.
Familiarity with AS9100, FAA requirements, or other aerospace quality standards.
Experience developing procurement processes, governance, and performance metrics.
PMP, CPSM, CPIM, or similar certification.
