What You Will Do
- Coordinate inbound material flow to ensure timely receipt and availability of materials supporting manufacturing operations.
- Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, purchase order issues, quantity variances, damaged shipments, and documentation concerns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Receiving, Purchasing, Quality, Inventory Control, Planning, and Production to resolve material-related issues.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and carriers to optimize dock utilization, warehouse capacity, and receiving efficiency.
