LAYIQ - Struct & Payload Design Engr (Payload Systems Design) (Mid- Level or Senior) at The Boeing Company

Level 4: 9+ years of experience in engineering, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
Hands ‑ on installation and delivery support for aircraft interiors or seat systems in a production or final assembly environment
Rapid troubleshooting and resolution of emergent build or field issues
Working directly with suppliers, airline customers, and production/factory teams
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and certification implications of installation issues
Experience authoring engineering dispositions, field fixes, or installation work instructions
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for supplier or customer support
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple delivery issues, and communicate concise technical status to leadership and customers
Proficiency with 3 ‑ D CAD and common engineering documentation tools preferred
