Marketing Designer

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Designer to join our marketing team and support a B2B cruise platform within one of the world's leading travel groups. You'll work closely with an international marketing team to turn campaign briefs and commercial priorities into creative assets that are ready to publish.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership from brief to execution, and can balance creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency.

What You'll Be Doing: Create graphics and digital assets for marketing campaigns, supplier partnerships, and promotional initiatives

Design

• EDMs, social media assets, website banners, and other marketing materials
• Produce simple animated assets such as GIFs and video tiles, and edit short-form videos for web and social media
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Write clear and engaging copy for marketing emails, campaign assets, and social media
• Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
• Maintain the content calendar and shared creative asset library
• Upload campaigns, offers, and landing pages to the WordPress website
• Update website content, including copy, images, and multimedia
• Check links, formatting, images, and content accuracy before publishing
• Build and test EDMs using existing templates and ensure they display correctly across email clients
• Work closely with the international marketing team to understand briefs, priorities, and campaign requirements
• Manage multiple creative requests and deliver assets within agreed timelines
• Share creative ideas, progress updates, and recommendations to improve campaign execution
• Is This You?: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar creative role
• , preferably in-house
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Hands-on experience creating digital marketing assets for web, email, and social media
• Basic video editing skills using
• Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience managing
• WordPress content updates
• Experience creating and managing
• EDMs/email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar

Strong

• English communication skills
• , with the ability to write clear and engaging content for an international audience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with Canva or other creative tools
• Experience with WordPress theme or page customization
• Experience managing social media content and scheduling
• Experience in the travel, tourism, cruise, hospitality, or B2B industry
• Basic understanding of digital marketing performance and campaign metrics
