Food Service Worker - Food & Nutrition
Full-time, day shift
Job Description:
Food Service Workers perform a variety of kitchen and related food service tasks such as cleaning, serving in retail and patient areas, food preparation, assembling trays, transporting food and supplies, dish and ware washing. They are responsible for maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation according to federal and state guidelines. Adheres to hospital policies for information management insuring confidentiality, security, and integrity of data.
Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines of federal and state regulatory agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
