Job Description:
The Production Supervisor supports the Badger Mission and Principles as a member of the Operations team. They are responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Production floor, ensuring that all SOPs for safety and quality are adhered to, and Production goals are met. They have specific responsibility for supervising the Production team members and working cross departmentally with the rest of operations teams, including the scheduling group, and the Quality team.
This is a hands-on role: in addition to leading the team, the Production Supervisor regularly works on the floor, operating machines, and performing general production tasks as needed to meet the schedule.
