LAYIQ - Railroad Signal Technician, Construction and Maintenance at Faith Technologies

Works as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision.
Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
Maintains compliance with all FRA, OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer-specific safety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting, and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.
Ability to properly perform Monthly, Quarterly, Annual inspections without direct supervision
Safely operate heavy equipment such as (mini excavator, skid steer, telehandler) to assist with Grade Crossing System Installations
Maintains knowledge to correctly install, program and/or calibrate grade crossing predictors, solid state crossings controllers, relays, resistors, gate mechanisms, lighting circuitry.
Familiarity with AREMA Guidelines for Grade Crossing System minimum requirements
Displays basic railroad signal troubleshooting skills
Verifies basic site information against circuit plans
Reads and understands Railroad Timetable document
Properly uses Signal Technician testing equipment & required tools
Complies with and understands Signalman Hours of Service regulations
Actively participates in railroad designated PPE requirements
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
