Experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering program management, product management, or a related field.
Strong builder mindset with experience turning ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional work across Product and Technology.
Strong systems thinking with understanding of operating models, planning, governance, dependencies, and execution.
Experience building workflows, tools, automation, or new operating approaches.
Curiosity and practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills.
