Job Description
The Role:
As a Site Utility Manager, you will be responsible for supporting safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations through the effective execution of GM Workplace Safety System processes, including Safety Contractor Management, Working at Heights, Management of Change, and Emergency Response. This position contributes to Business Plan Deployment (BPD) across Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment while sustaining Global Manufacturing System (GMS) BIQ4 performance.
The individual applies strong business acumen to facility operations, supporting staffing decisions, contract administration, risk management, and business continuity needs. This role ensures alignment with environmental requirements and initiatives and is accountable for timely, accurate financial reporting, spending forecasts, and the administration of orders and contracts.
