Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) blazes the trail of enterprise IT at Salesforce, built on the foundation of our core values — Trust, Ohana, Innovation. We own the world's foremost Salesforce Platform along with many other internal orgs, powering the tools our business stakeholders rely on to do their best work.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence team. In this role, you'll help keep our internal Salesforce instances secure, productive, and efficient by shaping the tools and applications that align with platform standards, guidelines, and best practices — with deep focus on platform security, environments, access, and governance.
Required Qualifications
8+ years in product management or product strategy with strong technical and product literacy
Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform — customization, user management configuration, integrations and APIs, security, and observability, across at least one Salesforce cloud or platform
A proven track record of delivering complex, transformative products or solutions on the Salesforce Platform
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, with proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to translate business and technical requirements into a coherent product strategy and use data to drive roadmap decisions and prioritization
Ability to explain complex, technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences, with the organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders
At least one of: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Platform Foundations certification
Demonstrated AI fluency, with hands-on experience in conversational AI, real-time agents, or AI quality and evaluation. Able to speak to outcomes driven by using AI across PM workflows, and to build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, vibe-coding tools)
Please note that Salesforce uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our recruiters assess and evaluate candidates’ resumes and qualifications throughout the recruiting process. Humans will always make any candidate selection and hiring decisions. Please see our Candidate Privacy Statement for more information about how we use your personal data and your rights, including with regard to use of AI tools and opt out options.
