LAYIQ - Failure Analysis Staff Engineer at Marvell

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related technical field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: CNC milling tools and mechanical polishing.
Optical, CSAM and X-ray inspections.
Electrical tools and methods for failure confirmation such as Digital Multi-meter (DMM), Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies.
Physical fault isolation techniques.
Collaborating cross-functionally with design engineers, structure engineers, test engineers, reliability engineers and technicians.
Handling DOE for development work and coordinating with an outside lab for part machining, material characterization.
Working with outside labs to complete analysis work.
