Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Follows Legends Global Human Resources policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.
· Maintains accurate and confidential employee personnel records, including personal information, employment history, compensation, status changes, and other required documentation.
· Leads and supports recruitment activities, including developing and placing job reqs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and supporting the selection and hiring process for facility personnel.
