Craft Superintendent
Fay is a self-perform heavy civil and industrial contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic, including roads, bridges, dams, utilities, and demolition, through design-build, CMAR, and traditional delivery methods. We execute the work with our own skilled craft workforce and specialized equipment, maintaining direct control of safety, quality, schedule, and cost. This hands-on model allows us to deliver challenging projects safely, efficiently, and predictably.
