Job Details:
The Chief Counsel, Global Investigations is a senior legal leader within Tyson Foods' Ethics, Compliance and Investigations organization, responsible for the strategy, governance, execution, and oversight of significant internal and external investigations involving alleged violations of law, the Code of Conduct, company policies, workplace misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, government inquiries, and other high-risk matters.
This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and leads a global team of ~45 investigative professionals across our domestic and international operations. The Chief Counsel partners closely with Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Human Resources, Global Security, Internal Audit, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, and business leadership to ensure investigations are conducted thoroughly, objectively, and consistently.
