The Client Account Coordinator is a supporting role to the Director of Billing and the Billing Manager, responsible for assisting with all aspects of client account receivables, billing, and collections processes. This position ensures the accurate management of client accounts and reports any discrepancies or issues to the Billing Manager. Additionally, the Client Account Coordinator supports The Place families by educating them on available programs and resources and guiding them through the grant application process.
This is a full-time, hourly position.
