Summary:
The Asset Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end landlord relationship management and ground lease administration for designated sites, including private and Municipal sites. This role serves as a primary execution arm of the Asset Management function and carries direct ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes, operating with minimal supervision.
The Asset Manager is an experienced telecommunications professional who independently manages priorities, drives tasks to completion, and ensures continuity of operations through landlord engagement, timely document execution, and delivery of all lease and property management obligations within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
