About the role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join CSA (part of Waste Services Group) in Dandenong South. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established team in a growing business, where you'll play an important role in supporting sales, operations and finance. You'll help ensure completed jobs are accurately recorded, reconciled and ready for invoicing, while working closely with internal teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on administrative role with a strong operational focus, ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll receive ongoing training and support from an experienced team member, giving you the opportunity to learn the systems and processes and grow into the role.
Key responsibilities
- Reconciling approximately 60 jobs per day to ensure completed work is accurately recorded and ready for invoicing
