LAYIQ - Architectural Team Leader at Woolpert

Professional architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure
Master's Degree preferred
LEED accreditation or other sustainability credentials.
Advanced proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit), 3D modeling, and visualization tools.
Fluency in industry‑standard design and presentation tools sufficient to oversee, review, and guide team output
Familiarity with emerging design technologies, parametric design tools, or evolving digital workflows
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%, depending on practice and project needs
Final travel expectations established annually with the manager
Physical Qualifications: Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability to occasionally reach, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, or balance
Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally
Visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
