Enterprise Partner Manager

Yotpo has built a robust ecosystem of strategic partnerships with leading commerce platforms, global systems integrators, and full-service digital marketing and retail agencies that recommend, implement, and optimize Yotpo’s products on their clients’ ecommerce sites. Partners are one of Yotpo’s fastest-growing revenue channels, and this role sits at the center of that growth. We’re hiring an Enterprise Partner Manager to own relationships with our top agency and systems integrator (SI) partners.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Global Partnerships. You’ll be accountable for the pipeline and revenue these partners drive, turning strong relationships into referrals, co-sell deals, and new enterprise brands on Yotpo.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of top agency and SI partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue against defined targets
• Build relationships across every level of each partner, from strategists and delivery teams to agency and practice leadership, and serve as their primary point of contact at Yotpo
• Build and run joint business plans with each partner, including target account mapping, referral goals, and a regular operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, planning sessions)
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions teams on complex enterprise sales cycles, bringing partners in at the right moments with clear roles and clean handoffs
• Train and enable partners on Yotpo’s products, positioning, and processes so they can confidently recommend and implement Yotpo for their clients
• Expand Yotpo’s reach across the agency and SI network in the broader Enterprise commerce platform ecosystem
• Track pipeline health, forecast partner-attached revenue, and surface blockers early so cross-functional teams can help remove them
• Bring partner and market feedback (what’s landing, what’s missing, where clients push back) into Product and go-to-market planning
• Help build the playbooks, processes, and best practices that scale Yotpo’s enterprise partner motion

How success is measured:

• Number of partners activated or producing referrals
• Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
• Co-sell deals closed and net-new revenue

Who you’ll work with:

• Sales and Solutions teams to align on target accounts, co-sell motion, and deal strategy
• Customer Success and Delivery to ensure partner-led implementations deliver results for our shared brands
• Product to share partner and market feedback and align on integrations
• Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and partner enablement content

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of partner, channel, agency, or business development experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets
• Direct experience working with ecommerce agencies and/or systems integrators, ideally at a MarTech SaaS company, commerce platform, or agency
• A track record of driving revenue through partners: pipeline you built, deals you influenced, and relationships that outlasted any single transaction
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
• AI fluency: you use AI tools every day to research, plan, and move faster, and you can speak credibly about how AI is changing eCommerce
