Director of Campaign Marketing

Overview

The Director of Campaign Marketing leads AvidXchange's growth marketing function, owning the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns — email, webinars, events, social, direct mail, and nurture programs — that build repeatable, predictable, and scalable B2B pipeline. This role brings a strategic, account-based marketing (ABM) mindset to campaign design, partnering with Sales, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations, with KPIs that extend through the funnel to attributable revenue.

The Director of Campaign Marketing leads a team of campaign and demand generation marketing managers and specialists — coaching leaders, developing talent, and driving a culture of accountability and performance. This leader is responsible for scaling the growth marketing engine: building ABM and strategic marketing playbooks and processes, and partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to target and engage priority accounts, in order to improve pipeline quality, velocity, and team effectiveness.
