About The Role
We are seeking a Staff NPI Program Manager who is a hands-on team player and self-motivated problem solver to join the ZT Sanmina team in our Secaucus, NJ HQ office.
The primary responsibility is to lead all operational activities associated with new product launch and execution to Customer requirements. This includes driving product delivery schedules, bills of material, and governing production setup for scalability, supply chain, system build, test, and logistics readiness.
