This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.
The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of inside sales representatives who will grow spend of underserved or inactive Pro customers who are currently not assigned to outside reps or pro-desk associates. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Pro customers and leveraging opportunities to deploy product and account management solutions, resulting in sales gains. Inside sales managers manage the day-to-day operations of Lowe’s inside sales team.
They train inside sales associates, prepare regular sales forecasts, and ensure that inside sales associates complete a set number of tasks per day.
