Your Impact
The primary purpose of the role is to lead a team ensuring that Lowe's installation Services overall including labor installations and Provider Network are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, this role supports cross functional compliance requirements for all in-home activities including Red Vest and Third Party delivery.
This includes responsibility to ensure that provider applications and insurance requirements are met, continuous improvements in process and analysis mitigating risk for the business via compliance, and overseeing and leading all aspects of communication to field store organizations. Additionally, responsible for alignment and prioritization of service portfolio ensuring regulatory compliance of programs and expectations can be met by the Services organization when recommended new programs are presented to be implemented.
