LAYIQ - Manager, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Naturium at e.l.f. Beauty

Build and scale Naturium's TikTok Shop affiliate network from outreach through activation, retention, and re-engagement. This is the core KPI of the role.
Concentrate on L3+ creators, our top-tier and VIP affiliates. Build direct, personal relationships with priority talent through proactive, credible outreach.
Develop a differentiated VIP experience for top performers: exclusive product access, early launch visibility, education, incentives, experiences, and community moments.
Build clear pathways that move affiliates from recruitment to activation to growth, with measurable tiers and progress tracking.
Recognize emerging affiliate talent early and nurture their growth regardless of seller level.
Foster the creator community through in-person events, webinars, and active daily communications via Lark, Discord, and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
Plan and run affiliate campaigns and contests with defined KPIs to activate and grow the community.
Brief Creators & Activate Content
Lead by example. Film first-party TikTok content that models high-quality storytelling and product education for the affiliate network.
Develop personalized, data-driven creator briefs in consultation with Brand Marketing and Community team.
Break down top-performing affiliate content to find what drives sales and turn those findings into briefs that guide affiliates toward high-converting content.
Affiliate Strategy & the ACE Framework
Apply TikTok Shop's ACE framework strategically to shape Naturium's affiliate, content, and commerce approach.
Forecast affiliate-driven GMV and pace against monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage sampling, outreach, commission, and incentive budgets against ROI targets.
Content Flywheel & Full-Funnel Impact
Build a content flywheel that leverages VIP affiliate content well beyond TikTok Shop, including UGC and paid partnerships that fuel Meta and other channels.
Identify top-performing creators whose content can scale into paid media, connecting creator performance to broader ad account results.
Partner with the media team to ensure creator content flows seamlessly into paid social, boosting, and full-funnel activation.
Platform Expansion & Diversification
Identify and test new affiliate and social commerce platforms as the landscape evolves to diversify revenue and reduce platform risk.
Explore under-tapped opportunities such as Amazon creators and emerging platforms where Naturium can gain an early-mover advantage.
Bring a test-and-learn mindset to new channels, scaling what works and sunsetting what doesn't.
Shop Operations & Cross-Functional Partnership
Own day-to-day fluency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
Manage hands-on product seeding to VIP creators, including order placement, shipment tracking, and personalized product sends.
Work in close alignment with the Naturium Community and Creator team to ensure affiliate strategy is tightly connected to the broader creator ecosystem, and hand in hand with Operations, Media, Supply Chain, Brand Marketing, Influencer, CRM, Loyalty, Events, and external agency partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop agency and platform partners.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements: 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, creator, partnerships, or social-commerce roles, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
Strong preference for an active TikTok content creator with affiliate status. More than anything, you approach this role with the mindset of a creator.
Equal parts relationship builder and commercial operator, with a track record of turning creator relationships into revenue.
Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a business mindset. Comfortable building programs that do not yet have a playbook.
Fluency in TikTok as a platform and active in the spaces where creators live: Lark, Discord, and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
Fluent in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center. Familiarity with creator management platforms such as Euka, Cruva, Unbox, and Reacher.
Comfort with numbers. You can read a GMV/commission dashboard, spot what's working, and make decisions from it.
Experience or strong interest in expanding affiliate strategy across platforms beyond TikTok Shop, including Amazon and emerging social commerce channels.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
