Delta’s current system of record for purchases limits how we deliver and service enhanced product offerings.
To solve this problem, Delta is creating a new system of record that requires a robust and flexible order data model. The order management data model will serve as the source of truth for all products sold and attributes of products needed to fulfill and service for the customer.
