Amazon's Last Mile network delivers millions of packages to customers' doorsteps every day, and our Rural Super Rural (RSR) team takes on some of the most challenging delivery territory — longer routes, lower stop density, and greater distances between stops. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run an entire delivery station, owning everything from cost and budgeting to productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
In this role, you will operate as the general manager of your building, leading a team of exempt leaders and frontline associates while applying Lean continuous improvement methods to solve complex problems unique to rural logistics. Our RSR network is growing, and this is a great time to step into a leadership role where you can shape how we deliver for customers in some of the hardest-to-reach areas.
